About Svāsthya Run: The IAIM Marathon

Svāsthya Run Run is a flagship wellness marathon conceptualized by IAIM Healthcare Centre to inspire healthier lifestyles and create awareness about preventive, integrative healthcare rooted in Ayurveda, Yoga, and holistic living. The word Svāsthya —meaning “being established in oneself”—captures the essence of this movement: physical vitality, mental balance, and social well-being. Designed as a community-driven initiative, Svāsthya Run brings together individuals, families, corporates, healthcare professionals, students, and wellness advocates to run not just for fitness, but for a larger cause—building a healthier society through conscious living and preventive care. The marathon features multiple run categories to encourage participation across age groups and fitness levels, making wellness accessible and inclusive.

Objective Of Svāsthya Run

More than miles - a journey to health, happiness and harmony.

Inspire Preventive Health

The "Svasthya Run" aims to empower individuals and communities to take charge of their health through simple, sustainable lifestyle changes.

Raise Awareness

The initiative focuses on promoting awareness about lifestyle disorders, mental well-being, nutrition, and holistic self-care through outreach programs and community engagement.

Foster a Long-term Health Movement

By engaging a wider audience, the initiative seeks to build a culture of wellness that positively impacts individuals, families, and society at large.

Promote Holistic Wellness

Rooted in Ayurveda and integrated medicine, the initiative uses a marathon as a symbol of collective action to encourage people to “move more, live better, and prevent disease before it begins.”
