Cancellation Policy
At I-AIM Healthcare Centre, we understand that plans can change. To help us serve all our patients efficiently and manage appointment schedules smoothly, we request you to follow the cancellation guidelines below.
1. Cancellation by Patient
- Patients may cancel their consultation or treatment appointment by contacting us through phone or email
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not attract any charges
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in partial cancellation charges, depending on the type of service booked
- For treatment packages (such as Panchakarma or multi-session therapies), cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges
2. Rescheduling
- Patients can reschedule their appointments free of charge if informed at least 24 hours in advance
- Last-minute rescheduling may be accommodated based on doctor and slot availability
- Only one rescheduling is allowed per appointment unless a genuine medical or personal emergency applies
3. No-Show Policy
- If a patient does not arrive for the scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show
- No-shows are non-refundable and may require rebooking with a fresh consultation fee
4. Cancellation by I-AIM Healthcare Centre
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to:
- Doctor unavailability
- Medical emergencies
- Unforeseen operational reasons
In such cases, patients will be informed at the earliest, and a new appointment will be offered at their convenience at no additional cost.

Refund Policy
At I-AIM Healthcare Centre, we are committed to providing high-quality integrative healthcare services. Our Refund Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and patient-friendly.
1. Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed
- If a patient cancels the consultation more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be processed
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund
- If the consultation is cancelled by I-AIM Healthcare Centre, a full refund will be issued or the amount will be adjusted against a future appointment as per the patient’s preference
2. Treatment and Package Fees
- Refunds for treatment packages (Panchakarma, wellness programs, multi-session therapies, etc.) are applicable only if cancelled before the treatment has started
- Once a treatment session has begun, refunds will be processed only on a pro-rata basis for the unused sessions, after deducting applicable service and operational charges
- Refunds will not be provided for treatments discontinued midway due to personal reasons
3. Medicines and Products
- Medicines, herbal formulations, or wellness products purchased from the centre are non-refundable once dispensed
- Refunds may be considered only in case of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect dispensation, subject to verification by our medical team
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 to 14 working days
- A valid payment receipt and patient details must be provided while raising a refund request
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Registration or administrative fees
- Diagnostic tests or reports already processed
- Home visit or travel charges once availed
- Customized medicines or therapy kits already prepared for the patient
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, patients can contact us with the following details:
- Patient name and contact number
- Appointment or treatment date
- Payment receipt or transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
Our team will review the request and respond within 3 to 5 working days.
